The HAL / HAR Series has been developed as anchoring system for roof constructions. These anchors are hung alternately over a pipe that is laid between the girders. A crisscross pattern results because the HAL anchor is spread across the pipe and the HAR anchor in the direction of the pipe. This produces a dense and even anchor arrangement that generates good load transmission in the refractory concrete.
The HAL / HAR anchors are kept in place during installation using binding wire. When the refractory concrete is poured into the lower formwork the anchors are moulded into the concrete. Once the refractory concrete has set, the formwork is removed and the insulated layer(s) assembled.
vhi provides various versions of the HAL / HAR anchoring system. The diameter of the anchor can be 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm. The anchors can be adapted to the desired pipe diameter for customised applications.
